Jason Russell in Mason, NH, would have been 24 years old in 1864. His older brother (James) served in the 2nd New Hampshire Infantry, but I find no record of the unit being near Tennessee. Jason married Louise Adele Knowles in June 9,1896 (at age 54). They had two children, Jason Almus Russell and Louise Adele Russell. He died August 31, 1922, of pneumonia.
